1. Booking & Confirmation

• All cab bookings can be made via phone, website, or email.

• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email from MG Travels.

• Please provide accurate details (pickup location, time, and contact number) to avoid delays.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Fares are based on the type of vehicle, distance, and duration of the trip.

• Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

• Payments can be made in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or through approved payment gateways.

• MG Travels maintains transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur cancellation fees.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Responsibilities of Passengers

• Passengers are expected to maintain proper behavior during the trip.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger(s) may result in penalty charges.

• Carrying illegal items, hazardous goods, or flammable materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

• MG Travels provides certified and experienced drivers for safe travel.

• Vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained for comfort and safety.

• In rare cases of breakdown or delay, MG Travels will provide an alternative vehicle (subject to availability).

6. Liability Disclaimer

• MG Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• While we take utmost care, we are not liable for loss of personal belongings during travel.

7. Airport & Outstation Bookings

• For airport pickups, passengers must provide correct flight details. MG Travels is not responsible for missed flights due to incorrect information.

• For outstation trips, minimum km/day usage may apply (as per booking terms).

8. Modification of Terms

MG Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will always be available on our website.
